Fascial Breath Workshop
Sunday May 21st from 10am to 12 pm come to New Perspectives Pole and Aerial for the Fascial Breath Workshop. The first part of the class will be opening up the rib cage with various breathing techniques followed by self myofascial release techniques. Then we will dive into what proper core activation should look like followed by taking these new skills up into the air on your favorite aerial apparatus!

Come check out the Inspired Birth and Baby Expo on June 4th from 11am-4pm in the Double Tree Manchester Down town! I will have a table there raffling off a free Women's Health Evaluation!

On June 13th at 6pm Amanda Labor and Delivery RN and I have collaborated together to provide you with expert tips for this FREE in person event! In this hour class we will be sharing about optimal pushing positions and techniques as well as our favorite postpartum recovery tips! Hosted by Breakthrough Pediatrics in Concord, NH!
